We recommend booking 3 to 6 months out for peak season, which runs May through October in Michigan. Wedding dates fill up fast during that window and so does our calendar. If your date is coming up sooner, reach out anyway — we do accept last-minute bookings when availability allows. The earlier you lock in, the better your chances of securing your preferred team.

Yes, always. Our staff arrive before guests to handle bar and service area setup, and they stay through breakdown and cleanup of their assigned areas at the end of the night. You won't need to pull a family member or coordinator off the floor to manage the bar team. Everyone is briefed on the venue layout and your event timeline before they walk in the door.
