Peak holiday dates from Thanksgiving through New Year's fill several weeks out, so we recommend reaching out 4 to 8 weeks before your event. That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows. If your date is coming up fast, contact us anyway and we will do our best to make it work.

How many bartenders do I need?

One bartender per 50 guests is a solid starting point for most holiday events. That number adjusts based on whether you are running a full open bar, beer and wine only, or a signature cocktail menu, and how long the event lasts. We help you work through the right count during the free quote process so there are no surprises on the night of your party.

What do holiday staff wear?

Our standard uniform is white button-down shirts and black pants, which works well at holiday events of all types. If you have a specific dress code or want staff dressed to match a seasonal or themed party, we can accommodate that on request. Just let us know during the booking process and we will coordinate accordingly.

Can you staff a small gathering?

Yes, we travel up to 90 to 120 miles from Birmingham, MI, which covers Metro Detroit and a wide range of surrounding Michigan markets. If you are outside that range or not sure whether your location qualifies, reach out and we will confirm availability for your specific area.
